MaffeisNetwork is pleased to present, for the fifth consecutive year, the extraordinary solidarity event 5th Peace World Forum, entitled “Women in the World”, which will take place from 14 to 16 November 2015 at the University of Italian Switzerland, the Conservatory of Italian Switzerland and the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano.

The World Forum this year will be dedicated to the role of women that will be analyzed under different lights, in the family, in society and in different social and cultural contexts. Obviously, the basic idea remains that of enhancing the role of women, highlighting the difficulties and injustices that this met and unfortunately still is. These issues will be dealt with in all the days of the Forum and particularly in discussion panels, held this year at the University of Italian Switzerland by prominent speakers and with the presence of renowned guests in the first of the three days, on the afternoon of 14 November 2015.
