MaffeisNetwork SA returns to present a new edition of “Walking for Peace” with many special news!

Also this year the Culture Ticino Network Association is engaged in the organization and realization of its extraordinary cross-border event which will be held Saturday, October 8, 2016. ”Walking for Peace ” and it wait for all of you Saturday, October 8, 2016 for this unique solidarity walking, which has a first and important news: the format is renewed, designed to combine the culture of peace and solidarity expanding the event in the Malcantone up to Varesotto!
Will be involved, therefore, more local associations, sports, nutrition and health personalities. In addition, it will always characterized by themes of great interest, such as promoting a culture of peace and make more sensible of all generations, especially the younger ones, to the values of solidarity, the union of peoples and dialogue between the different cultures.

The funding will be devoted in favor of the projects that the Association has already developed in 2015 and that it has decided to continue to support also during this year: the project “Petali di Pace”, dedicated to the transmission of the culture of peace and solidarity for children from school of Ticino, and the renovation project of rooms and classrooms of the Bethany House Sto. Niño, located in the district of Bulacan, in the Philippines.
